The Committee on fighting Organized Crime and Corruption recommends that the Parliament rejects the Bill on Amendments to the Law "On Fighting Corruption" (re Restrictions for Public Officials)

Pursuant to the Bill (Reg. No.1120), "public officials can not conduct scientific, teaching, creative activity and medical practice in labour hours established by the regulations of a relevant enterprise, establishment or an institution".

However, the Committee fails to uphold the Bill, since its members deem reasonable to preserve effective legislative regulations regarding public officials holding of more than one office.
